Our growing business is supported by a cross-functional Operations Team of commercially minded business specialisms – Finance, Legal, Facilities and HR. We wish to strengthen this team with the appointment of a Business Support Administrator, who will contribute to, and support the delivery of projects.
You might be a graduate looking for the first taste of working in a business function – keen to learn, analytical, methodical and above all have the curiosity to ask the right questions. Or you might be a someone that has a few years of experience in an operational or project role where you are ready to take on more, growing your experience beyond one of these core specialisms where you might have started. Either way, you will develop your knowledge by working closely with our heads of functions and COO to learn about our business, co-ordinate and run projects, and help improve process and productivity.
Our aim is that you will become an integral part of the running of the business, taking responsibility for a wide range of tasks that span the Operations Team, in particular supporting cross-function engagement. You’ll need to take a holistic view of each task and its impact on the broader team, appreciating the interdependencies between areas of the business.
To be successful in the role you will be able to communicate effectively, to solve intermediate-level problems, assist with basic research, and effectively manage your own time.
