What It's Like to Work for Us
When joining Imaginera, you will have a personalised onboarding program that can take up to a month for some roles. There will be regular touch points with your line manager to ensure you’re settling and understand how to contribute to the team. Over time these meetings evolve to explore your career aspirations and how we can help to meet them.
We’re keen to build relationships through the team so encourage team activities and socials to support the fun side of joining Imaginera! The whole company gets together for a Summer and Christmas party to reward the hard work and celebrate the successes.
We also appreciate that our personal life can impact work so are happy to offer flexible hours to support this. We encourage a healthy lifestyle and arrange a weekly yoga session which everyone can join. We also have several trained mental health first aiders, to help support the team when needed.
